Severance in Canada with 1.5 years experience with Conocophillips

Can anybody tell me how much severance I will get if I get a layoff? I have total of 1.5 years experience with COP

In the USA if you sign the "do not sue" form 3 weeks per year. The labor laws in Canada are not the labor laws in the USA so other factors are in play in Canada. The internal documentation for Canada is no complete so resources are limited. Expect pay to the end of the month (max 21 days) and six weeks severance. And unemployment benefits.
