In the USA if you sign the "do not sue" form 3 weeks per year. The labor laws in Canada are not the labor laws in the USA so other factors are in play in Canada. The internal documentation for Canada is no complete so resources are limited. Expect pay to the end of the month (max 21 days) and six weeks severance. And unemployment benefits.
No training after 1.5 years well that explains why you are going to get laid off.
4 to 5 weeks, max.
You could probably negotiate an internship where you dont get paid.
For 1.5 years you should be able to keep your phone
