You do not make money off of a legacy; you make money off of producing relevant products at a good value that people want to purchase to give or display in their home. You do not make money off of greetings that people can produce on line and send immediately to a friend. Face the facts and quit reading the company's propaganda, I mean story line. Hallmark leadership missed their window to build off of their "legacy" and move into the twenty first century with a portfolio of products that would sell.
Right on!!! You can't change a company until you rid it of ALL of the antiquated crust at the top!
