Awful company . Losses money underpaid employees. Management leaves little to be desired. Anitquate systems. Won't update to better perform our jobs. A lot of BS spoken

Micromanaging is a fear tactic.
A very toxic work place.
They choose inexperienced managers to give orders because they don't question or rock the boat.
Unskilled and entry level at best.
Sweatshop!
I ran out last year. Told people i was going to quit and they didn't believe me, thinking there was nothing better out there. They were and are so wrong. Being micromanaged in a call center might be acceptable to a 22 year old MB1 new hire, but for anyone with an ounce of experience, PHH is not a great place to work.
PHH is a thing of the past. They are going down. The writing is on the wall. People are leaving everyday. They are cheap and management sucks. All their good...seasoned...loyal employees are running out of there.
