This is a shit company to work for, Nepotism rules. Bunch of incompetent people always making the wrong decisions.

Like many other companies out there Repsol has its strengths and weaknesses however I have to agree 100% that nepotism rule in Repsol. There is absolutely no way you will have a career there unless you are a Spaniard or close friends with one of the Spaniards in power. Meritocracy is something absolutely unheard of in Repsol. The only thing that counts in your favor there is "who" you know and NOT "what" you know. Competence, experience and professionalism means absolutely NOTHING for Repsol.

You are right about Repsol. About the worse place I've worked! Nepotism at its best and women treated like step children. Glad I'm not there any longer...off to happier days.

Really? #Nepotism is only one problem here - how about managers who cannot and do not want to manage...
