If things do not improve very quickly here at Philips we might have another round of layoffs and I can tell you this is not going to be fun for everyone. The whole industry, not only Philips is going through very hard time and people are losing jobs so having to look for work and jobs today is not something that you should be looking forward to. Philips has been good to me and I'd hate to see my job gone, I just wish that some management decisions are more smart and that position us a bit better. At the same time, you never know today, any company can lay you off at any point in time.

Clients are leaving.
