Let's see what 2016 brings, I have some friends who work for competitors and they are complaining a lot. I joined Ciena a few years ago, it's not bad. Many more companies have a lot of layoffs so overall, things can be worse but you never know. Sit tight, the whole industry is doing pretty well now so I hope no layoffs for Ciena in 2016
