Anyone has more details about what happened here? Was it outsourced?
The helpdesk team (global) was given their walking papers to be effective March 11th, 2016. HP/Modis will be replacing the staff. The employess were/given the option to transition to HP/Modis for an average loss of 30k to 40k to do the same job.
I am one of those that got the notice last Thursday.
