Things are not looking good and we can expect thousands of people to be laid off from SunEdison within next six months. Cash flow problems will continue, it'll be hard to make payroll and some departments are so bloated - this will have to be done. There are many of us who work hard but will pay price and I know that it'll not be pretty but it has to be done. Unfortunately, the executives will continue to make millions while the rank and file employees of SunEdison will continue to be laid off and will have to figure out what to do. 2016 layoffs will be massive, there is no doubt about it - but a bigger question right now is if SunEdison can survive layoffs as most of the talent will leave on their own since they will be looking for better opportunities. The remaining SunEdison folks will be laid off or simply not happy with the new situation. Keep in mind that it's likely that an acquisition of SunEdison is being prepared so that may result in even more layoffs. Whatever happens, God bless.
