My prediction is that Select Comfort will be closed or sold by January 1, 2017. There currently is an inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner; if at all. Consumer complaints posted on numerous websites have seen a 1,000-percent increase in the past two months. Customer traffic in stores here on the East Coast is at an all-time low, and I'm told that it is the same other parts of the U.S. Yes, there is an abundance of job postings on the company website. But what HR doesn't mention is that is due to both voluntary exodus, plus countless firings and layoffs. The latter has been done to try to shift the blame; make scapegoats of people, as they say; for the failings of top management. There is a lack of true leadership in multiple levels of Select Comfort. Those with true vision, and who dare to speak out, are shown the door. If it wasn't illegal, they'd probably have them killed. After all, Hitler did that. And the way this company demands blind and silent loyalty, it is scarily similar to Nazi methods.
