Think about it. Why are customers who've cancelled their orders not being given instantaneous credit on their bank cards? Could it be a ploy to keep the money until after the company files bankruptcy? Any of us who've ever had a customer go bankrupt on us knows that collection is pretty much impossible.

I think another possibility for slow credit card refunds is an attempt to manipulate the fourth quarter earnings report. If the refunds aren't made in Q4, it won't affect the botton line right now. I hope it really bites them in the butt in Q1 2016.
There's already a class-action lawsuit against Sleep Number for not honoring warranties. And there was the mold lawsuit just a few years back. It's nothing new for your dishonest company.
I think all of these poor customers that have suffered like me should band together and file a class action lawsuit against these thieves and crooks!
