From the Marketing side the old CMO was let go before a replacement was setup. Some individuals from North Carolina took it upon themselves to take advantage of the situation. They strategically ousted good people in indianapolis to put themselves in a position of power without any prior experience in marketing. Everyone feels they need to smile and go along with whatever the NC team says for fear of retribution and losing their jobs. This has like the previous poster said destroyed the culture and any sense of security the Indianapolis team had.
If the new CMO doesn't come on board and keep product teams from infiltrating marketing , it will be the end.
I don't know how many have been let go, but as of May 2016, the cuts are continuing to go deeper.
Layoffs at the beginning of 2016 completely destroyed what little was left of the culture at the Indianapolis HQ. It was a wasteland there and no-one knew what was going on. Hopefully it will change in the future or the company has no future.
