Thread regarding RigNet Inc. layoffs

Going Going, Gone.

To make it short, Rignet is a ghost town now. We have estimated under 300 employees now after the last cuts, people leaving, customers leaving and it like a sinking ship, every man for themselves. Stock is in the 12 dollar range, CEO ousted, senior management has no inter-personal skills or communication with the real assets, the employees that are left. The ELT played politics and cut way to deep. I doubt we survive a few more months. Once the 2013 VC firm sells off, it's lights out. Just my very educated guess and I an not implying anything that would cause any negative views of the company or forward looking comments or statements.

Wow, probably skilled at trolling their customer and employees, someone who has extra time in upper management. "A member of RigNet Management Team" has some serious psychological issues that can't begin to be described here. Maybe look into blame-shifting, narcissism or the Dunning-Kruger effect. Your employees support your wisdom until "you and them," realize that you're more dumb and lazy than they are. The big picture is in your mirror, but I bet you'll sit on your pedestal of self inflicted garbage. Until you need someone of "lower status'" help.

Great Job Rignet Management poster!! I am still waiting to see the Bigger picture? By the looks of yesterday's results this a script for a movie on how a few people got rich that will also be out of a job......

American workers built this company the people like you where the problem. I say where the problem as most of you are out of a job now or having your 2ND heart attacks waiting for large man from HR man to knock on you door!! Best of luck finding your next job and enjoy you move back to the country you can from. Oh, and most of the people that made Rignet that where fired or quit found jobs within a month and telling whay they left Rignet. Remember, the walls are paper thin and there will be no rebound for the "mamagment" that fights for a chair on this sinking ship. Just like a movie!

You third world POS. They let go 40% of the workforce today. (100 personnel) Hope you were one of them "management team" but like always they let go the workers(Inmarsat folks) and kept you ignorant Rignet idiots.

This is typical banter from American workers who constantly blame their own inefficiencies upon upper management. American workers are lazy and complainers and do not want to see the big picture of the company they work for and instead focus on themselves.
