There are massive layoffs going on within this company. There is something wrong when a company just did the same thing back in 2013 under a different company name. Employees are nervous and on edge.

Another massive layoff going on now in May 2017. No true expaination. Told "company is moving in another direction." Word is that a group from India was in office training. More outsourcing? Closing the Medical Records Dept? Doesn't look good for Inovalon.
The shareholders have put together a class action lawsuit against Inovalon. Couldn't have happened to a nicer "company."
I agree, there is something seriously wrong within its management. Field employees sit in the dark regarding work and if there ever will be work again. Data collection being done however analyzing it is another story. Charts sit in que and never reviewed. How are they reporting data to contracted companies if it is not being worked on? They hire minimum wage workers, and multiple times told by office employees not to allow Inovalon in, extremely unprofessional company. Massive layoffs after August 2016 earnings report.
