Very true their initiatives was to bring in the new and out with the old. Have lost all of their experienced people, put kids in charge and are totally ruining the Harbision-Fischer name.
Shame was such a good company, made great products and had a lot of respect for it's employees. The Harbision-Fischer website comments in it's history about the average tender there being 17years.
Dover could care less about it's employees.
Myself and 10 others were recently laid off by Dover Corporation, the ALS division, Harbison Fischer. I do not know how many others lost their jobs, but I am sure there were others. They really do not care about their employees and their families, rather maximizing profits for the shareholders. I guess that is the way a greedy corporate America works today. And the CEO makes 10,000,000 per year. Disgraceful
Worked for Cook Compression....was a great company to work for until they hired idiots with no experience as managers and they've run the place into the ground! Employees are nothing more than minions and are treated as such! I got out and after a couple of interviews I realized I was being used. Happy now making incredible money and not wearing 9 hats!
It's going on all over Dover. Blackmer had a good reputation too.
