The company is great and big - Itau Unibanco is one of the best companies in Brazil, it has been around for almost 70 years, they are making a ton of money and they are taking good care of employees, it's hard to get a job over there - I worked with them on the Commercial Bank-Retal segment side, I was specializing on asset management and we never had layoffs
