Management is horrible! Branch managers don't tell their employees anything and keep reassuring them that their fine. No one knows!
Another thing I'd like to understand is that the bank is trying to work with technology which I totally get as I'm a part of the younger online generation but then what about the seniors that don't want to use technology and want that face to face interaction? Your gonna just tell them sorry we can't help you? How are you going to know your customer or put a name to their face if you never see them or deal with them? Their just going to be a name. There's going to be no personal customer service.
