Was there for over ten years and was thrown out just like yesterday's trash!!!
Once you go salary, be careful, you are at the mercy of the company, any company - not just here.
I've seen more supervisors leave than I have seen bad employees go.

Way too many layoffs at Freightliner - some folks were hired in November of 2015 and then the company had a big layoff in January of 2016. I left in Jan - but I hear they have layoffs again - I only had a few years at the company, but there were many folks who spent a lot of time with the company.
