Bhp talks a lot about safety in all of the useless meetings. But, when it comes down to it, most of it is just talks. That way if something safety related happens they can say it's your fault. Relieves them of fault. This happens all the way up to manger level I have seen one manager tell another tattheydidnt need certain safety items while traveling to field. That really setting a good example🐖
