I left HPI (HP Inc) a few months ago. Best decision I've ever made. I resigned because it was no longer worth it. I have a new job now and a lot more to be thankful for. Almost double the salary and 1/3 of the work. It's a win win situation. My advice to those who want to leave is simple ... connect with recruiters on Linkedin and keep applying until you get the offer you want. Once you're out, do what I do... keep moving forward and don't look back.

or he/she could have been seriously over-worked in HPI. I was putting in 16 hour days in HPE... a couple of times 24 hours straight.....with no OT/GAP pay and no raise in years. Nothing wrong with 1/3 of the work in this case.
I hope you're actually working with 1/3 the work you had before and double the salary. Nothing wrong with an honest days' work.
