I receive an offer and was told no layoff at Intuit. People can find internal position quickly except these bad performance people. Is that true? Anyone can tell?

I know some HR will promise something and push people to accept offer.
No way would Intuit commit to "no layoff." It has no incentive to.
That's a joke.
If you're a part of the in-crowd, transferring internally is not a problem. If you are a part of a department or project restructure; you'll find it fairly difficult to fill an open position elsewhere.
It's not about your talent. Most restructuring will be under the guise of needing to find the right skill set with little regard to internal candidates capability to acquire that skill on the job. Forced attrition to make certain management look good
