Thread regarding ACE-Chubb (Chubb Corp.) layoffs

I watched loyal employees cut while the executives made millions...

They're cutting expenses... Yet look at Evan Greenberg's salary for 2014...

Evan Greenberg, Chairman, president and CEO of Ace Ltd Base Salary: $1,200,000 Bonus: $6,250,000 Restricted Stock Awards: $6,825,052 All Other Compensation: $900,776 Option Awards: $2,609,519 Total Compensation: $17,785,347

Same story about ALL EXECS!

It's time to take control of your own destiny. If you leave now, you'll be much happier. The best day of my life, was my last day at Chubb!

Yes, I'm legacy Chubb, as they call us now, and several of us were picked to learn Ace systems/work....what a clusterF it has been from the jump!!! Chubb/ace won't spend the money needed to get the systems that will work to help make the processing more efficient, BUT legacy Ace isn't satisfied with our performance. Yet, we only got about 3 hours of training on how to handle the 7 different systems needed for one policy?!?! Most of us are looking for something new, but sometimes job hunting isn't easy.... I'm so sad that the Chubb we knew and loved is being demolished by these money hungry turds.... We all had complaints before the merger but it's just insanity now.
