No the new support people don't have enough experience, at least most them. Specially mid and low managers are clueless about the industry so this plan will definitely fail. I am shocked by how little training and support the new hires in Poland and Manila have.

they do get training but its a fast track training but once trained, no labs for them to test and they are lucky if they have a media composer to share between them

It is sad but true. I know from a reliable source that there are no trainings at all for the support agents in Manila and Poland, neither do they have the equipment to run tests. The entire support scheme is a freaking joke.

They can't get staff with any experience at all, there are non out there, it's hardly the hub of broadcasting and editing is it?

They get 4 weeks training if they are lucky then thrown in to giving support with no back up experienced to help them as avid had made them all redundant already, and it's not just media composer, it's all products
