It was announced that in 2017, customer service, company-wide, will be laid off and all calls will be routed through 3 call centers. In 2016, most accounts payable clerks were laid off, leaving only one AP clerk per operating area. AP was outsourced to India and the people left behind are placing orders for multiple locations. Any speculations as to what is next?
