How's morale at the branches?

Same situation at Acklands Grainger in Canada
Morale? Ask one of the idiots in charge of Sourcing. The survey scores couldn't be worse and they couldn't give a sht. It's obvious that the leadership in Lake Forest could give a sht either. Nothing has been done, they let go dozens of people, we are way behind in work, people are working OT and management has not taken any responsibility or ownership. They screwed up, let very good employees go and now are paying for it. So what do they do, the just posted 10 positions for sourcing specialists, if they had any brains, they wouldn't of let the people go in the first place. I can't imagine what senior leadership in Lake Forest are even thinking. Sourcing could be huge, but with current leadership, will never happen. We hit our goal last year and what do we get...f-ing keychains. SERIOUSLY THE 2 dummies running Sourcing couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Keep it going dummies, I hope you enjoy your bonus. Panama is a joke
I noticed th same when I drove past my local branch. It looks bad... Weeds growing every where. They even cut out all the trees and shrubs. It's just sad.
Last time I was in a branch the morale was terrible. Only necessary repairs happening, exteriors are looking rough. The employees are doing there best. Love those men and women... they serve with a smile and move quick for their customers.... but they worry everyday their card will get pulled.
