Thread regarding BCB Bancorp Inc. layoffs

This company is not the same it was five years ago. It's a shame how the current President s---s and lies to people. It's funny he went to a school and preached about how important education was for him to succeed where he is today, but in reality it was all the back stabbing and under the table dealing that made him president. Also, if you think Trump is bad against females, this guy is as worse as Trump. I hope one day he gets what he deserves. The sad part is that there are good people with good skills overlooked and passed by friends of the board or family members that are given positions that they don't have any skills for. The only good thing is the health benefits and the friendships you make but I mean the true friendships, there are people that are fake and just act like your friends. Just be careful if you want to join, cause it's like the saying says, it's who you know and who you blow that gets you moved up.
