If any of this corruption involves outgoing service members or veterans getting hurt, please let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

So true, so so true. The FEDS need to read all of these posts.

I'm sure the Department of Education would love to know the true details of how UTI changes students grades when they complain or cry. Anything to pass them and send them out to a work place that they aren't qualified for but as long as UTI gets their money, they really don't care.

Reading these posts is hilarious, someone finally called out Burch. I was there when all that happened, oh and its very true, Kelly said to sweep it under the carpet and nothing got done. What a shame. Its time for the U.T.I. higher ups to know all the crap that went on at the Ranch.

At least those who have recently been laid off received a severance package. When this Sh*t show finally implodes and they shut the doors, those still hanging around are gonna be SOL.

Good Job Mr D.It appears you struck a management Nerve. I have been thinking if you think back when we were there all the stuff that came up missing was at night. Who was the night EM every time it would happen? Cameras turned off and cameras being painted over the lenses. We had one EM that works nothing but nights. He has since been demoted to Instructor.Who had access to the cameras. None of the instructors. A bone

Billy didn't get more than me, I'm not a crybaby either. Lets put it this way, I took a job that was supposed to be an 8 hour a day job, they forced me to work 14 hours a day. They preach to you in training, PROFESSIONALISM, that's b---s---, U.T.I. is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked, you would think with all the backstabbing going on that it was a flat rate shop. Back to Billy, whom ever wrote that post is an idiot and a company brown noser who licks the managements butts clean. S whom ever wrote that post can kiss my lilywhite a--.

Sincerely, Mr. Dic---ad

Are all current and former Ranch instructors massive crybabies? Because that's the impression anyone would get from reading these posts. UTI could end up failing but it will be because for profits in general are a bad bet and auto and motorcycle mechanics jobs are low paying with poor benefits and simply not attractive to a generation of millenials. Not because of some silly perceived favoritism and "billy got more than I did it's not fair" mentality. Wake up. If you got riffed or are unhappy it's because you picked a lousy career in a company that could never be sustained. It wasn't real to begin with.

Mr. D is exactly right.

I know several guys that were due for retirement when the first rounds for RIF's were going on. The volunteered to leave and were passed over because they were going with the flow. Truth is that they just didnt give a damn and were coasting. Then when the RIF happened good but strict instructors were released. Why? Because they make those students work and their evals were not sky high.

The company puts butts in seats, teaches them nothing and passes them along to the industry. They are in it for the money. If you cost them money or make a decent wage, you are cut.

The clock is ticking.

I know for a fact how they decided who got tubed during the R.I.F, if the E.M. liked you, you were good, if not you got tubed. I have it on good authority that at the Ranch the E.M's got together with the E.D. and played like a game, they put all the instructors names on a board and started getting rid of the people they did not like, keeping their little brown nosing pets, and keeping the people they had to. There was a good ole boys club there, if you weren't part of it, it was good bye, hell, half the instructors couldn't fix a car to save their a--, if you could read the slides and kiss the E.M's asses, you were safe, if you pushed back on all the sh-- the slung like pass the student even if the student failed, give them the answers, make sure you don't make it to tough, and so on. Any former instructor will tell you this. Two E.M's and two TTL's got caught stealing equipment from the Ford fact lab and that got swept under the carpet, you, that was you Dave Burch. I know a lot more, and some of my former instructors know the same things. In closing, U.T.I. I hope you fail.

I was working there for a number of years and there were plenty of politics.Raises were controlled by the Ems. If they liked you they would fabricate numbers. Those people would get the big raises. If they did not like you they would fabricate numbers so you would not see a raise. I was a technical team leader and I caught one of my instructors leaving answers to tests on the board and I went to my supervisor and told them They told me they would take care of it. Guess what he got a raise because his Numbers were high and the people who had been teaching received a small amount or none at all. I was being harassed by the a lady supervisor to the point I quit. I seen so much of this it was disgusting and they made life very miserable for you.It seemed like the longer you were their the bigger the target you had. The last eight or so years it was all about numbers and nothing else. I could go on and on. I still might do litigation for some of the stunts they pull on their employees. You are nothing but a number to this corporation. A Bone

Mr. Dic---ad, did you see any systematic way that UTI downsized its instructors? Did they merely look at salaries and benefits when they cut, or were other things involved? If there were politics that were involved in who was selected for the RIFs, can you provide more detail?

Kid, keep up the good work on the stats, I used to teach their and they did me dirty, there is nothing I would like to see more that U.T.I. fail. The management has been ripping off the students for far to long.
