Has anyone 40+ age range and long years of service with Visa contacted the lawyer mentioned in another post?

How can we contact that lawyer
I've heard from at least three different individuals in different groups that they've also heard "reset.2" is scheduled. Could be as early as this month (January.) That would make sense - doing it before the earnings call.
Any more validation of the Feb reset anticipation?
I've spoken with the lawyer too. He confirmed he has spoken with "several" of us caught up in the reset. And yes, I'm 50+ as were many I knew. Several years of outstanding reviews. Then this. Clearly age and income was a factor. I'm trying to get a good idea of how many would be open to joining a class action suit.
I spoke to him and it sounds like he's spoken to others. Separately I heard there's another "reset" coming - possibly in February which is consistent with few posts in another string on this site.
