Helpful write ups, Thanks! https://bucketlist.org/idea/6LiG/ideas-to-assist-properly-deal-with-nervousness/
To the person who wrote about 'disappointment' about the Board, Build a Better Visa (BBV) and BCO. Under Joe Saunders it was stale, no change. When you write a comment on BBV, you get a Reply because everyone can see it and they want to look 'good.' System and process it is getting better compared to some years ago. When I started at Visa, I had to 'swim or sink' mentality. The people who had a lot of experience in a particular process did not want to be bother. My choice to survive at the company was to 'bribe' them to get things done. Some will make your job miserable and they do not want you to succeed. The key to succeed at Visa is to network.
All I can say is that I'm disappointed in the board - can they not see the patterns in employee complaints on glassdoor and before that, the old BBV site? Business Conduct Office complaints go no where and when they do, you won't find anyone being at fault except the employee. Stay as far away from Visa as you can!
I like many others are still waiting for Ryan to announce his departure.
Scharf bad ratings Glassdoor since 2012. His ratings were in the low 40% never went up through the years. Scharf had a short term agenda, get as much $$$ walk away, why not, he is on the top, he is the decision maker with Power.
Scarf out, Kelly in...expect more c-level re-org in 6-8 mos as with every CEO that clears the deck
Banksters running V isn't necessarily a good thing either
Scarf has bad ratings on Glassdoor
I hope so, and I hope he is getting rid of pretentious wonderboy Ryan McInerney asap!
It's a tectonic change, styles, priorities, strategic goals...
