Gainful employment is also supposed to kick in on January 1, 2017. Apollo Education Group has already started teaching out 16% of its programs.

No raises, no job security, almost zero benefits, multiple layoffs in the same year, and no leadership at the very top. Their slogan is changing one life at a time. Yeah for the worse.

So,

I hear that merit increases are now off the table. No more raises for you slobs.

What do you want to bet that the Home Office Executives still get a merit increase or even a big bonus?

Next tuesday will be telling. How much money will they lose? This will be bad, real bad.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Well, well, well. Good employees get laid off at UTI and everyone else gets a $500 Christmas bonus? No merit increases next year and more evaluations only mean more lay offs to come. Someone stop the bleeding!

You guys dont seem to understand. The execs got rich. They dont care. They have their money and are going to get more before they leave. Thats what it is going to become.

That ship has sailed. Time for you to find another.

Thanks Obama.

Way to late, I hear the toilet flushing. Kim I hope you choke on your bonus. Here is a good question, how can you run a company into the ground and still get a bonus? If the instructor gets a bad eval or 2 they get terminated, now remember the evals are based off these little pricks perception of the class, so if they don't get their way they trash you, that's a bunch of SH#! if you know what I mean. Here is to the new head honcho, put these little pricks in line and take back control, maybe, just maybe you might stand a chance.

This is the result of a company being run by executives who no nothing about the product they provide.

Over the last 10 years its been made very clear our position is; shut up, just teach, you're nothing more than a bunch of knuckle dragging grease monkeys. Well guess what.... now we can say "I told you so". Every major decision this company made in the last 10 years has now been proven wrong, just like we said. More locations? sure great idea all that did was cannibalize existing campuses, just like we said it would. Student make up time, test retakes lets keep lowering the bar then wonder why we can't keep the good students. Kim you have taken a good company and reduced it to ashes. Please take your "retirement" bonus and go away before you do any more damage. I pray the company is not too far gone to save.

Monthly layoffs. Awesome.

Back when we were in Avondale rewriting the curriculum there were a bunch of contractors. When the job was nearing the end and they knew they were going to be shown the door they worked less and less. No motivation. Fast forward 6 years and UTI is doing that to their own employees. No reason to push forward and do a good job. Once your people give up on you, its all over. They just dont care any more. Nice job. It all started with giving the students whatever they wanted. The inmates are running the asylium. Same mentality of these protestors about the election. Dont like the result? Whine and b--ch until you get your way. Happened all the time at uti and rather take the high road they gave in. The students dont respect work and cant keep a job. Others hear about that and enrollment goes down the tube. Uti goes down the tube soon after. They are at the end of a greased rope and holding on by one hand. Their days are numbered. Too bad, had they done the right thing for the student they could have been different. Now they are just like the other for profits before they hit the skids.

McWaters is no longer calling the shots. she was replaced by management from Collesium and kept on as a figurehead. when the time is right she will "retire", be thanked for her service and sent off with a nice bonus.

more round of layoffs in the next 30 days and thereafter as needed.

How many people are going to lose their job before Kim gets canned! What makes anyone think Kim and her band of misfits have a clue how to fix the business. SHE ruined UTI!

You guys have no idea how bad it's going to get this layoff is nothing compared to what is coming this year. if you think it couldn't get any worse you are in for a big unhappy surprise.

Well 3 from student services and 4 from other departments in Rancho were given their walking papers. UTI is a shell of its former self. The directors seem to be clueless and have terrible work ethics. If this school stays open thru next summer, it would be a miracle. Good Riddance UTI!
