At HPE we have fidelity, for the CSC folks what is your plan administrator. I say this because our obamacare type coverage conveniently is like yours so the other stuff is probably the same. What are the terms, company match etc.

401K 75% of the first 6% in stock. Aon-Hewitt administers it. Not many great investment options in there, and they charge fees on top of it.
Company contribution to your benefits varies by salary band. Obviously there are too many differences per State to give you anything useful beyond that.
401K match only happens if you are employed through Dec 31 - you get sacked Dec 30 and you get zero match
401k match has change to yearly instead of quarterly also, correct?
Hewitt. Typical multiple portfolio offerings. Match changes yearly. Those who went for the CSC employee stock plan are rather pleased - went from $22 in May to $55 now.
