Gentiva offers this page but obviously, pays no attention to it.
So, they lay-off the most senior and experienced of the staff. I'm thinking this doesn't say much about the quality of care that they will be offering now. No loyalty to long-term employees because they lay-off all the senior staff...and then they suggest that you consider coming back after they "restructure"??? Oh, HELL NO!
You call to ask about your earned vacation/sick pay (PTO,ETO, whatever) and the person now in charge cannot tell you anything...for days. Still no answer. WTH?
