Thread regarding EXCO Resources Inc. layoffs

They've not paid checks to royalty owners in PA claiming the wells were shut, when they weren't

I did not receive a check in Dec 2016. Called Exco; no response. Called another co. that owns part of our wells; they said they were marked shut for Oct (Dec 15 2016 check payment). This makes no sense as the price has been higher (relatively) than recent years, and there are no violations on the well. Furthermore, every month we go and look at our wells, take pictures and videos. They have always been in operation.

This must mean that they are past the point of caring about lawsuits anymore and are just trying to plug holes / make parachutes. A reverse stock-split - even at 10:1 won't fix this sinking ship.

Many of the wells are SI because Appalachia differentials are too high, even at higher prices. Royalty checks are still being sent.
