Dying of small cuts.

Consultants can not rengineer almost 100 years of growth and success. They are the only ones growing their business by way of Grainger's cash position.

Grainger needs leadership that believes in the human side of the offering and the men and women that deliver it. If pointing and clicking was all that mattered, Berkshire would have made a grab already.

Board, please act now... the competitors and outside consultants are the only ones

benefiting from these ridiculous initiatives and programs.

Absolutely a horrible managed company! My DSM was pathetic, big degree, yea man, a-- kisser, knew nothing about sales. The bets part is changing your quota at the mid year point so you don't make any money...DEFLATING ATMOSPHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive never seen employees treated so poorly!

Millennials - Bleeding Red --slowly dying Once $ 3B stock buyback is burnt the Board & top 1% will take big buyouts & join Ryan & Keyeser at country club telling war stories
