Looking to hire in at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy? Be warned. The Specialty means you as an employee will be used, abused and misused. Benefits are subpar, work load is on overload, and your pay is less than others in the market. Don't work here if you do not have to. Find other work and avoid this place if you can. There are reasons they are looking to hire; and it's not because they are making more money. Employees are leaving for a reason. Do your homework if you think you want to work here. I bet you will not like what you find.
