Parexel INternational is a confused company with many fingers in the pie who change the direction every now and then. I worked at Parexel in India for a while. I could not catch up with the senior management as there were too many changes . They disperse as quickly as they are realigned. The company has excellent employees who are ready to sweat it out.
Hope the company restructures in a positive way that will give employees the freedom, flexibility and clear direction to go forward.
