Thread regarding Cardinal Health Inc. layoffs

If you work in service center /customer service - start looking!

Outsourcing jobs to God knows where. They have plans to have a staff of about only 15 service center/call center reps for all of pharma by 2020. Meanwhile promotions for poor performances throughout rest of pharma org.

Here's an idea - trim some of the waste in your market development teams who haven't launched a new solution or product in ten years. Wish I could have that horrible track record and still keep my job.

Cardinal should take a close look at managers in Montgomery N.Y.. Supervisors in receiving and shipping are causing major moral problems.Management has filled these positions with supervisors who do not have respect for their people. This is causing serious trust issues in the building.
