We had info as maybe 500 to 600 people will go, plasma sites will close, Thousands Oaks closes or stops Advate, in Switzerland Vonvendi is halted maybe untl 2019. All this is to move the share up? They want to show that the synergies are well in their way? What's going on????

Agreed!!!!!
I've been with Baxter for as long as I remembered (T.O site). It's a wonderful place to work. Everyone worked extremely hard. We risked our health to make this site works. T.O site was the first site approved for Recombinate and it's the roots of all Recombinate was born. Then come Advate develop in Eourope with lots of support from TO site to make it possible for our patients. Now Shire is taking over, they will get rid of TO site, where Recombinate was borned. It is like killing your own parents so you can put more money into your pockets. They are so heartless, laying off people with no serverance package. They don't care for people who dedicated their life for the love of saving life's and their families whose depending paycheck from month to month. By hiring outside vendors to evaluate here and there to find ways to make more and more money by cutting off an arm or a leg here and there and eventually they will cutting themselves short.
You are right about what's going. TO site will get shutdown whether Shire find a buyer or not. All employees will get discard or force to take a lower pay under another contract company with little or no benefits. Vonvendi lost it market. Advate will move to Singapore and Neufchâtel. Adynovate sale is going down or no market, Advate drug potency strength has it own issued, Bax855 is not that long lasting as they claimed it to be, Rixubis sale is going down and loosing it own market. Overall, everything is going south since Shire taking over. We were much better off if Shire didn't bought us :(. The one drug that they are trying to get rid off, Recombinate, is the only drug that's works. If you look at the stability study on all the drugs, the only drug that had a longest shelf life is Recombinate. I am very disappointed what Shire has done to our company. I am hoping Shire stop what they are doing and let us do what we do best. After all, it is life saving we are all after not how much money you can put in your pocket.
