What blame should of did was look into his company and see where he could of cut fat see what his office people actually do and if there job is actually need. Next he could of looked into production and where he could of made things better and looked at the materials. The leather we cut at the big rapids was straight junk with all the scars and defects. Finally he could of took a pay cut considering that this ceo makes more then 7 million dollars a year. He don't care about the little man ever. When he would come into the big rapids plant it was a big show never did he ask anyone anything just the plant manger Dave Warren or a-- kiss Gale Talor. So all said is that wolverine world wide just wants cheap labor,employees that keep this their mouths shut minds closed basically just piss poor mirco management ran company.P.S. Welcome to the way forward. Involve your employees to find themselves out of the building forever. The way forward is to ensure fat bonus and a fat paycheck for Blake. Keep it up Blake, you'll be so rich that your great, great grand children will never have to work. This guy spends more of the company's money foolishly in a year than most make in there lifetime. Really sad that this company says it's about there employees. All will be fine as long as he keeps trying to fool Wall Street. Luckily, we all know better.
