By Monday 22nd, resources who r on bench and are with high experience years have been put into the company's improvement plan by their talent managers. Thousands have been tagged as needs improvement. The improvement plan has a pre-decided outcome for most. At the end of it, ppl will be marked as poor performer and be counseled out and told to resign. This will last 1 to 2 months. By July end, there will be thousands of exits of experienced people from company through resignations.
anyone pretending that they will transform from a caterpillar into a butterfly in 1 or 2 months is fooling themselves. treat this as a 1 month notice period to search for a new job desperately. move cities, abandon the family for a while - do whatever it takes . put your career at a higher priority than weekend movies with the wife or trips to ooty or whatever.
