With a slow sales pipeline, what's the likelihood of another wave of layoffs?

Revenue cycle has lost respect in the industry, Huron name is to be avoided by decision makers. look at all the small firms which have picked up the good talent. they are getting old huron business because they had the relationships, not jim roth and the sales people.
Consulting is always unpredictable. yet, they do know the pipeline looks bad, hence layoffs
After a loss of 150 million I would expect layoffs this summer or fall
Volume wise it might be slow, but I recently heard that there's suddenly a huge RC opportunity that is VERY likely and if it happens they are already concerned about how to staff it, similar to the situation with a huge engagement 2 years ago. I also know of 2 other signed projects fighting for analysts and associates respectively so I wouldn't panic just yet.
