I work for an energy company that has a lively layoff board here on - I'd like to suggest that you at Microsoft start layoffs with your support call center that's probably in India as those guys (and girls) are fairly incompetent. Ever time I call I just waste time as they are unable to help me with the issues I raise.

Also, I understand your salesforce will be affected, I wanted to let you know that I am really sorry - no matter what happens, layoffs are never fun. All the best.
