With the recent layoffs that Sapient Razorfish Gurgaon office is doing, it has left everyone in the organization with low morale. Every one is really worried about their futures with this company as now it looks like there is absolutely no stability for the employees.
I can see the anxiousness creeping into people who are on bench and also who are soon going to be rolled off from projects. You can see the fearful faces everywhere in cafeteria, meeting rooms etc. with people discussing about the layoff in which some of their known friend/co-worker got fired without any valid reason.
This is definitely NOT a good sign for the company as people are looking for options outside of the company to save themselves from randomly getting fired on any day.
I have been with this organization for more than a decade but looking at he current scenario I am looking out for any opportunity even with same level of remuneration.
