Grainger is at least five years behind & on the way to becoming THE NEXT SEARS

Not so sure Board or DG have a clue on how to turn things around

DG has been around 10 yrs He is either big part of the problem or with Ryan out of the way he can finally implement a strategy to take on AMZN

My gut tells me he is ian old school full of bull sh--non functional bright If he really had an answer & the balls he would have gotten the Board to dump Ryan a long time ago Sure hope I am wrong .

It is PAINFUL to see what's happening

Grainger is done. The only way Grainger can compete with Amazon is if Amazon decides to get out of the MRO business, which won't happen. Might be a good idea for Amazon to hire Ryan so Ryan can tell Amazon what not to do. But let's not forget, the new pricing strategy will save everyone and attract new business...NOT. Oh wait, maybe DO's round tables will save the day...NOT. As someone mentioned earlier, the morale company wide is in the tank and nothing will make it better.
