Tenured Call Center employees at Cox who have higher salaries thanks to yearly increases are routinely being replaced with younger, cheaper workers. These are not isolated incidents, I have seen it happen over and over again. No good reason given, and it certainly is not based on performance. No severance is offered, either. It's an easy way to save some money, and Cox has been milking it for years now. It's unfair and it definitely stinks of age discrimination. I am still here, but I know it's just a matter of time before they kick me to the curb. If you've been with the company for a while, make sure to get your ducks in a row.

I agree. I was a 5 year supervisor terminated for no reason. They are replacing with younger cheaper supervisors.
It's getting worse every year.
Cox is becoming evil.
I used to like working here.
