Just a couple of questions for those that know... but do your till amounts that are calculated at the end of the night and their averages over time have anything to do with whether you are promoted?
The reason I ask is because of the corrupt assistant managers has been messing with my tills every time by mixing them the change at the end of the night. Their words were "It doesn't matter what you till amounts to as long as it doesn't go over or under 3 dollars."
When I first started before having this corrupt assistant manager, my till averages were always like a penny or two over or under every night. Now it's like sixty cents every time. Just curious if it actually matters or not...
