Major Skillsoft changes happened in January 2016. Bonuses decreased significantly with no real explanation why - folks were furious and the communication was handled poorly. Why is this and why do they care so little about people. Our folks are either retiring or leaving, but no organizational announcements are made on who was replacing them. Most people here assume that there is a major layoff coming very soon.
