Layoff the filipinos, they can't handle the work loads.
They need to have their siestas and nap on a hammock.
Time to clean house in Canada. Most are just waiting around for a fat layoff package.
AECOM Canada has another problem. Complaining flip workers who hire friends and relatives problem. Some don't even work during regular business hours, but never get caught by their U.S. managers. Wake-up you have flip employees who abuse their time, and still get paid. You're getting ripped off.
Corporate needs to investigate and they should layoff people in AECOM CANADA's marketing. Employees are hiding nepotism in their hiring practice. Relatives reporting into relatives (sister reports into sister; cousins working with cousins; daughter was admin to father who was an engineer, non-executive and has been protected for two decades). AECOM corporate has a CODE OF CONDUCT on hiring relatives and these acquired Canadian companies have not disclosed relationships and, strange enough, they don't think this is wrong (job protected by their relative, must always have great performance reviews and raises). CORRUPT hiring practices, hiring a relative to report into another relative is unacceptable. Employees working with relatives should be removed.
As predicted by the OP, RIFs are underway along with hour reductions.
No cuts. No layoffs.
