200 layoffs announced at Van Buren, AR plant on 03/05/18. Just 7 days after handing out one time $1000 bonuses, which were actually $620 after taxes. sad!

The shire doesn't have C's. Dunno if you missed the memo or what. Unless you work for a Chicago based consulting firm to give you a pat on the back or guide you because you have no clue what you're doing no decisions are made. Used to they didn't need consultants as much because the right people worked for the right people. They're also daft for not getting into the feed mill business when so many competitors are because that is going to be another big phase for customers. NAE for everything besides chicken. Tyson is about to be outpaced because people in Chicago would be doing well to know what a cow, pig or a chicken even look like. They probably think eggs come from rabbits because of the Easter Bunny. They'll quit hanging out drinking on the roof in Chicago when the D--k Bond years return.

Hope not but if the case as I hope they at least see some of the changes needed in IS. A lot of the managers there still seem to think their job is to dictate orders and criticize their teams. One group I can tell is scared to death of their boss. She definitely doesn't demonstrate the 5cs.
