I’ve been with Kroger for many years as a ARM (Associate Resource Manager) for the Nashville Division. I have found out that the Nashville Division HR changed our PED’s to “Low Performance”, even though we received higher marks from our Unit Manager. They are getting ready to eliminate these positions and many more. I read that any performance rated 3 or under will be asked to leave or go into the store clerk position. Kroger Associates you need to read your PEDs reviews for 2016. It will be in a box above your signature. Your Manager has been told to leave it along and that it is not going to be changed, even though they never put the Low Performance in.
What happen to Kroger Core Value on stating that Honesty, Integrity and Respect (3 of 5) are their number one concern. Does that value only pertain to non-Union and Union Associates and not to Upper Management? No only is this a way to get rid of associates but look at the money they are saving by cutting your merit raises. Shame on you KROGER.
