Thread regarding Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. layoffs

I think I've finally reached my limit. If layoffs are coming, I hope I get the boot. Maybe I'll finally get to see my family when they are awake! I'm not just overworked, I'm always stressed because nothing's properly planned. Every single thing has to unnecessarily become this hectic event that either barely gets done in time or is really late and we get the blame for it. In the meantime, management, who caused the whole thing, get off scot-free. Alexion needs better vertical communication, more, not fewer workers, and a cleanup of incompetent management. Until that happens, we're screwed. I'm already looking for a new job, and frankly, if you're reading this, so should you.
